Eric Gooi is a senior People and Culture leader with more than fourteen years of experience across community services, disability, civil construction, manufacturing and electrical services, with a strong focus on SMEs.
Legally qualified with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Employment Relations, Eric partners at executive and board level on integrated HR, governance, employee relations and people strategy. He has worked inside the pressure points that test an organisation most, including statewide multi site operations, NDIS regulated environments and organisational restructures, and believes good governance protects people, not just process.
That same care shapes how he works with data and systems: turning workforce analytics into insight leaders can act on, and guiding the shift from manual process to governed digital systems, so decisions about people are made with clarity rather than assumption.
Alongside client work, Eric serves as Vice Chair and Secretary of Thrive Group Tasmania, a Director of Rosie's Reading, a Board Member of Launceston Community Legal Centre and a mentor with the Australian Human Resources Institute.
